Elite Skill Question - Guild Wars Forums

Is there a printable guide or something I can download to my desktop with a list of the elite skills and their locations.

I am aware of the Guildwiki list but you have to click on the skill then scroll down the capture locations.

I am looking for something where I can see all of it at once. I did a search but didn't find anything.
